In this episode of VendrTV we checked out San Francisco's own RoliRoti, a mobile artisan rotisserie that serves roasted chickens and porchetta at Farmer's Markets throughout the city. Before heading to the market, I met with owner Thomas Odermatt at the RoliRoti commissary where he taught me to prepare his signature porchetta.
